Our services.
The initial evaluation is a 60 minute visit. This visit is to establish care and includes a full diagnostic evaluation, review of your or your child’s history, review of previous medications , current diet and lifestyle, and concludes with treatment recommendations.
Follow up appointments are 30-45 minutes and are used to track response to previous treatment recommendations. They typically range in frequency from 1-3 months.
While I include psychotherapy in medication management follow up appointments, some clients may prefer weekly psychotherapy without medication management services. These appointments are available on a limited basis.
Excuse/accommodations letters or conservatorship applications for initial or short-term patients (less than 6 months’ relationship)
