  • The office is located at 5113 Piper Station Drive, Suite 104, Charlotte NC 28277. Dr. Harris’ office is located in the suite of Clear Foundations Therapy and Assessment.

  • Dr. Harris is in network for Aetna, Cigna and Optum plans, including United Healthcare. She is out of network for all other insurance plans. If your insurance is out of network, the fee for an initial evaluation is $350 for one hour. Follow up appointments are $200. If your insurance is out of network, Dr. Harris can provide a superbill so you can file for reimbursement with your insurance company. We do not guarantee reimbursement from your insurance company.

  • Dr. Harris treats patients age 5-30. She will continue to follow anyone she has established care with into adulthood.

  • During the initial evaluation, Dr. Harris will review your or your child’s mental health history, including previous records and medications. During this time, she will meet with you and your child together and then separately. Please bring previous mental health records and school records to your first appointment if they are available

  • Telehealth appointments are available for clients age 16-30. For clients younger than 16, telehealth appointments may be requested after the initial evaluation.

  • For established patients, Dr. Harris will respond to messages in the patient portal within 48 business hours. Please only contact Dr. Harris via the patient portal or by calling the office. However, if you or your child are in a crisis and need immediate evaluation such as in case of a severe drug reaction or side effect, thoughts of suicide, thoughts of hurting others, or any other emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room for evaluation.

  • Please cancel all appointments within 24 hours. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $75 cancellation fee. If you are late for an appointment, you will be seen for the remaining appointment time. You will not be allowed additional time for the appointment. If you need to cancel an appointment or will be late for an appointment, please call the office to notify Dr. Harris.
